Dried fruits make great snacks. They are easy to carry and store well. In general, 1/2 cup of dried fruit can be considered as 1 cup from the Fruit Group. One small box of raisins (1.5 oz) count as 1/2 cup of fruit. Add raisins to homemade goodies or trail mix. Try one of these recipes!
