Peach Cooler

Yield: 4 servings (1 cup each)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 (15 oz.) can drained, canned peaches (or 2 cups of sliced, fresh peaches)
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash of nutmeg (if desired)
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Put the ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg if you like.
- Serve cold.
Peach Raspberry Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen peach slices
- ¾ cup 100% orange juice
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes:
This is a great basic smoothie recipe. Feel free to substitute any fresh or frozen fruit, juice or yogurt that you may have on hand. Here are a few ideas:
- Fresh or frozen strawberries, cherries, blueberries, mixed berries, mango, or peaches
- Pineapple juice, orange-tangerine juice, and other 100 percent juice blends
- Different yogurt flavors such as peach or strawberry
