Fresh Mango Shake

        Ingredients:
    - 1 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
 - ½ cup plain non-fat yogurt
 - ⅓ cup 100% orange juice
 - ¼ cup ice cubes
 
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and water.
 - In a blender, combine all the ingredients until thick and smooth.
