Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • ⅓ cup 100% orange juice
  • ¼ cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients until thick and smooth.
