3-Ingredient Barbecue Sauce

What if you could make a quick, tasty barbecue sauce with 3 basic ingredients...AND it would be lower in sodium than regular barbecue sauce recipes or purchased barbecue sauce. Here's all you need:

  • ¾ cup no salt added ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar


  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator.

*The barbecue sauce was added to 1 pound of browned ground beef for the baked potato shown in the photo. This combination serves 4 people.
