April 29 – May 1, 2025 | OMAHA, NE  

Hosted by University of Nebraska-Lincoln 

The 2025 National Health Outreach and Engagement Conference will consist of presentations, workshops, panels, and posters that explore innovative approaches to health promotion through collaboration and partnerships. This year’s theme, “Rooted in Partnerships: Growing Collaborations for Health Promotion,” emphasizes the role of multisector partnerships and collaboration in implementing programs, as well as policy, systems, and environmental change (PSE) approaches that promote health for all people. 

Attendees can expect to learn from experts and peers within topic tracks including:

  • Support & Outreach for Older Adults
  • Increasing Capacity for Community Health Work
  • Rural Health & Outreach
  • Mental Health Support & Outreach
  • Substance Use Prevention
  • Health & Engagement for All People
  • Chronic Disease Prevention
  • Healthy Food Access
  • Plus, other relevant and timely topics that may fall outside of these broad categories
