1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. water
1 (18.25 oz.) box spice cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. A muffin pan may also be used.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
*You may also use a 10x15-inch baking dish to make pumpkin bars.
