Ingredients (5 Servings)
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies 
  • 1/4 c. green onion
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 2 T. lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients until well mixed. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
