"The holidays stress people out so much. I suggest you keep it simple and try to have as much fun as you can." ~Giada De Laurentiis

happy holidays from Alice Henneman

This month's Cook It Quick features several main dish recipes you can make ahead and cook when you want during the holidays.

A few recipes take a little longer than the usual Cook It Quick recipes. However, as you can make them ahead, you can choose a time to make them preparation time when you schedule is less busy.

Check our tips on Holiday Food Preparation, Food Safety and Healthy Eating. You'll find:
  • Food substitutions
  • How to send food to people in the military
  • Much more!
