Ingredients (4 Servings)
  • 2 c. cooked dried beans OR
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 T. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, mash beans.
  2. Add chili powder, onion, and cheese. Mix well.
  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips or serve cold with raw vegetables.
