Ingredients (12 Servings)
  • 3 bananas, ripe
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325┬░F. Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Beat in the sugar, egg, and vanilla until well mixed.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture stirring just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
